Recipe Summary Meatless Loaf
This is a yummy vegetarian version of meatloaf! You can top it off with a ketchup glaze if you like. Be sure to select an onion soup mix that does not contain any beef of beef products.
Ingredients | Loaf Competition1 (12 ounce) package vegetarian burger crumbles1 (1 ounce) packet beef and onion dry soup mix½ cup bread crumbs1 ½ teaspoons vegetable oil2 eggs, beaten½ teaspoon garlic powder, or to tastesalt and pepper to tasteDirectionsPreheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.In a large bowl, mix together the burger crumbles, onion soup mix and bread crumbs. Stir in oil and eggs, and season with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix well to blend in seasoning.
